Information Architect

Minimum/General Experience: Minimum ten (10) years progressive accomplishment in managing and implementing large complex information systems, including areas such as systems integration and development, package implementation, and/or interactive design, and strong familiarity with application servers, networks, and other technologies and products that support e-business.

Functional Responsibility: Designs overall information architecture, and guides system designers in their understanding of requirements. Advises alternative approaches, conducts feasibility studies.

Minimum Education: BS/MA degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

Project Manager

Minimum/General Experience: Up to ten (10) years progressive experience working on project teams on a variety of different projects with development and implementation of information systems. Expertise involves multiple platforms. Leadership role on one or more projects.

Functional Responsibility: Key responsibilities include managing project teams, coordinating with the user technical and management team, overseeing the development, design, user interface, technology integration, site architecture management from definition phase through implementation.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

Management Consultant

Minimum/General Experience: Minimum five (5) years experience working on business process analysis in a variety of business environments. Experience with application analysis and/or development on one or more platforms.

Functional Responsibility: Works at an organizational level. Relates business objectives to business processes, develops recommendations as to how best to use information technology to reinforce business goals. Helps re-engineer business processes to achieve optimum results. Directs requirements analysis and develops plans, budgets and schedules for the project team.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

Senior Database Designer

Minimum/General Experience: Minimum eight (8) years experience developing databases, with knowledge of architecture, techniques and management processes across a broad spectrum of systems, applications and requirements. Expertise involves multiple platforms and database applications.

Functional Responsibility: Provides technical expertise for the production of detailed database designs and design documentation, including data models and data flow diagrams. Evaluates and configures database management products to match user requirements and system capabilities. Determines file organization, indexing methods, and security procedures for system databases. Plans and coordinates conversion and migration of existing databases to state-of-the-art DBMS.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

Database Designer

Minimum/General Experience: Up to five (5) years of experience in application development, familiarity with DBMS tools. Broad knowledge of database management and a demonstrated ability to independently work on complex assignments.

Functional Responsibility: Responsible for designing and developing database applications, including installing and populating databases, monitoring disk space, and optimizing data. Produces database designs and design documentation, including data models and data flow diagrams. Evaluates and configures database management products to match user requirements and system capabilities. Determines file organization, indexing methods, and security procedures for system databases. Plans and coordinates conversion and migration of existing databases to state-of-the-art DBMS.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

Process Engineer

Minimum/General Experience: Minimum five (5) years experience working on business process analysis in a variety of business environments. Experience translating business processes into information system architecture. Note that CPA, ISO certification are equivalent to three (3) years experience.

Functional Responsibility: Works at an organizational level. Relates business objectives to business processes, develops recommendations as to how best to use information technology to reinforce business goals. Helps re-engineer business processes to achieve optimum results. Responsible for defining the various business processes that comprise the overall functions of an organization, and recommending ways that these processes can be improved through automation.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

Senior Network Administrator

Minimum/General Experience: Minimum of at least five (5) years experience as a network administrator. Expertise with network operating systems and systems administration, security protocols, and data backup and storage procedures relevant to the client's computing environment. Knowledgeable about firewalls, routers and hubs, and other Internet connectivity tools and issues. Aware of interoperability issues and the specific security and administrative functions of any application software that is being hosted.

The Senior Network Administrator should also be familiar with workstation setup and installation procedures and be able to troubleshoot connectivity and communication problems on individual workstations. The Senior Network Administrator must also work on project teams on a variety of different projects to develop and implement large or complex information systems. Expertise involves multiple platforms and integration across these platforms. Leadership role on one or more projects.

Functional Responsibility: Key responsibilities include providing data access, storage, security and administration, ensuring the stability and security of an application, and providing appropriate connectivity to the application for individual users. The Senior Network Administrator is responsible for providing all system administration, including network access and access to applications and data stores, setting up appropriate security such as firewalls certificate controls and managing project teams. Project team management includes coordinating with the user technical and management team and overseeing the project development. This includes design, user interface, technology integration and site architecture management. The System Network Administrator is involved in system projects from the definition phase through implementation.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

Object Oriented Web Developer

Minimum/General Experience: Up to five (5) years experience with a variety of Web technologies. They should be familiar with Object Oriented Analysis (OOA), Object Oriented Design (OOD), and Object Oriented Programming (OOP). They should have management experience in identifying requirements and using structured analysis techniques such as Rational Rose. They should have Java experience, and have expertise working with Web-based languages such as XML, HTML, and JavaScript. The OO Web Developer may have to work with different Web platforms, so a solid general background in object-oriented technologies is more important than strength in a particular technology.

Functional Responsibility: The Object Oriented Web Developer works with a creative team to deliver business information and functionality over the Internet. The creative team develops a content approach and provides the content, but the OO Web Developer is the one who builds a solution to deliver the content (including interactive e-commerce content) in a secure and efficient manner.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

Senior Programmer Analyst

Minimum/General Experience: Minimum five (5) years experience, and a thorough understanding of architecture, techniques and management processes across a broad spectrum of systems, applications and requirements. Expertise in programming languages appropriate to the development platform. Expertise involves multiple platforms and languages.

Functional Responsibility: Develops computer programs and associated documentation. Performs fact finding to determine system scope. Analyzes system specifications to ensure accuracy, and evaluates packaged software to determine if it meets system requirements. Creates computer code. Writes test data and performs system testing to ensure that program achieves its stated goals.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

Programmer Analyst

Minimum/General Experience: Up to five (5) years experience programming in a structured programming environment. Familiarity with one or more core programming languages for the platform on which an application will reside.

Senior Lotus Notes Developer

Minimum/General Experience: Minimum five (5) years experience developing Lotus Notes applications. Ability to program using LotusScript, JavaScript. Experience developing applications for Domino and for the Web. CLP Domino Developer certification equivalent to two (2) years of experience.

Functional Responsibility: Designs and develops single or multi-database applications to run in a Lotus Notes / Domino environment or in a mixed Notes / Web environment. Utilizes Notes formulas, LotusScript, and JavaScript in appropriate instances. Plans deployment and assists in rolling out the application.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

Lotus Notes Developer

Minimum/General Experience: Up to five (5) years experience developing Lotus Notes applications. Familiarity with distributed computing environment.

Functional Responsibility: Designs and develops single or multi-database applications to run in a Lotus Notes / Domino environment or in a mixed Notes / Web environment. May utilize Notes formulas, LotusScript, and JavaScript in appropriate instances. Assists in rolling out the application.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

Lotus Domino Administrator

Minimum/General Experience: Up to five (5) years experience managing a Domino server in a Lotus Notes / Domino environment. Experience in network administration for the computing environment. CLP Domino Administrator certification may be substituted for experience.

Functional Responsibility: Install Domino servers, register users, establish Domino network. Set up replication as needed. Monitor Notes databases, troubleshoot connectivity problems for users. Define backup procedures.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

Java Developer

Minimum/General Experience: Up to five (5) years experience developing applications using the Java programming language. Demonstrated ability to program in Java. Knowledge of enterprise Java beans, HTML and Web-based applications and technologies. Experience developing applications in an object-oriented environment. Familiarity with backend systems preferred but not essential.

Functional Responsibility: Create Java beans, write programs and applets in Java. Trouble-shoot programs on Web.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

E-Commerce Web Developer

Minimum/General Experience: Up to five (5) years experience building e-commerce and other Web applications, or equivalent. Familiarity with Web application servers such as WebSphere, Resin, IIS, WebLogic. Familiarity with one or more e-commerce development applications such as InterLoom or Vignette. Expertise in one or more database applications. Experience with secure sites. System integration experience is also helpful.

Functional Responsibility: The e-commerce Web developer creates applications that allow interactive commercial data to be securely exchanged using a Web browser. Generally, this requires a combination of HTML, Java and JavaScript, a database application, and a Web application server. The e-commerce developer integrates the on-line environment with data on the backend that may be worked into a workflow application, and may be stored and extracted from a secure legacy database or a database created specifically as part of the e-commerce application. The developer is responsible for creating, testing and optimizing the site.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

Web Creative Director

Minimum/General Experience: Minimum ten (10) years experience working in creative areas such as public relations, graphic arts, advertising, content development, and relations with client creative teams. They must have an understanding of Web navigation and aesthetics of Web sites. They should also have experience managing a brand image, and reinforcing an organization's existing brand through on-line media.

Functional Responsibility: The Web Creative Director develops the concept and the rationale for the "look and feel" of a Web site, then works with the client, the technical design team, artists and content developers to help bring the original vision of the Web site to reality in a way that reinforces the image the client wants to project. Manage the client's image and brand, ensuring that they are presented appropriately through the Web site.

Minimum Education: BA in Humanities or Fine Arts or a related subject or equivalent experience.

Web Graphics Designer

Minimum/General Experience: Ten (10) years experience with a variety of graphics applications, and manipulation of graphics for efficient delivery in a Web environment. There is no minimum level of experience, but a solid background in graphic arts is essential, with an awareness of how various graphic elements work together on a Web site.

Functional Responsibility: A Web Graphics Developer is responsible for the non-technical side of creating a strong graphic presence for a Web site. They are responsible for implementing a site design that complements the branding, the technology, and the business processes.

Minimum Education: BA in Humanities or Fine Arts or a related subject or equivalent experience.

Technical Writer

Minimum/General Experience: Minimum of at least five (5) years experience writing a variety of technical and end-user documentation. Demonstrated ability to write clearly, ability to understand and prepare technical project documentation. Able to interview technical staff and comprehend highly technical material, ability to present complex material in an understandable manner to technical and non-technical audiences.

Functional Responsibility: Plans, develops and writes a wide variety of technical documentation, including proposals, system specifications, procedures, training materials, hardcopy documentation, on-line documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Produce information products in various media (PDF, HTML, on-line help, HTML help, hardcopy, and CD-ROM). Manage the technical documentation team.

Minimum Education: BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

Quality Assurance Analyst

Minimum/General Experience: Ten (10) years experience working with complex applications. Attention to detail is important, and exposure to a broad range of information systems.

Functional Responsibility: Reviews applications from a user interface and functional point of view, providing feedback to the development team. Works from a checklist or specific criteria to identify and measure process outputs, and ensures that all components of an application function according to established standards. Documents problems and suggests solutions when appropriate.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

Interloom™ Developer

Minimum/General Experience: Up to five (5) years experience developing one or more Web applications using the InterLoom development environment. Demonstrated ability in technical Web development, including specifically the use of HTML. Developers should have four years of general Web development experience or equivalent education, e.g. a BS degree in a related field.

Functional Responsibility: The InterLoom developer works with the Web Creative Director to develop a site structure. They build templates and template extensions for the site, develop reusable objects and resources, and implement the Web site structure within the InterLoom tool.

Minimum Education: BA/BS or equivalent degree, or equivalent experience in a related field.

Interloom™ Content Manager

Minimum/General Experience: Up to five (5) years experience developing content pages for one or more Web applications using the InterLoom development environment. Content Managers must have a detailed understanding of InterLoom Web objects. Knowledge of HTML is helpful, although not essential. Content managers should have four (4) years experience working with Internet applications or related experience and/or equivalent education.

Functional Responsibility: The InterLoom content managers work with the Web Creative Director, graphic artists, Web copywriters, members of the client's creative team, and with InterLoom developers to create a finished Web site built within the InterLoom Web development environment.

Minimum Education: BA/BS or equivalent degree, or equivalent experience in a related subject.

Web Content Developer

Minimum/General Experience: Up to five (5) years experience writing copy for Web sites. Ability to write clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to Web communications. Web copywriters should have four (4) years experience working with Internet applications or related experience and/or equivalent education.

Functional Responsibility: The Web copywriter works with the Web Creative Director and Content Manager to develop copy for a Web site. They may work with existing documents and collateral, or interview appropriate subject matter experts, refocusing the material for the Web audience. Should be able to craft a well-written paragraph using keywords appropriate to the client's industry.

Minimum Education: BA/BS or equivalent degree, or equivalent experience in a related subject.

Vignette Web Developer

Minimum/General Experience: Up to five (5) years experience using Vignette to develop and/or manage content on a Web site. Knowledge of related subject areas such as ASPs, HTML, Vignette objects, SQL, COM and Java Web development. This person generally has up to five (5) years of experience or equivalent education. Each post-graduate degree equivalent to up to three years experience (post-graduate study may be substituted for experience at the rate of three credit hours of study for three months of experience, up to 36 credit hours.)

Functional Responsibility: Develop and maintain Web sites using the workflow process within Vignette. Develop templates, develop database interactivity using ASPs and Vignette objects.

Minimum Education: BA degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

Windows NT Administrator

Minimum/General Experience: Ten (10) years experience working in a network environment. Able to manage users and applications in a Windows NT environment. Familiar with network security and appropriate communications protocols.

Functional Responsibility: Manage and maintain Windows NT servers. Network management includes configuration, security and print queues, etc. Maintain appropriate user and program access, perform trouble-shooting and backups.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications such as MCSE.

AS/400 Developer

Minimum/General Experience: Ten (10) years experience including at least one (1) year of application programming experience on the IBM AS/400. Experience with any combination of COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, IBM utilities, Easytrieve, OS400, RPG3.

Functional Responsibility: Design and implement application systems on the AS/400. Carries out the technical reviews of systems and may act as a trouble-shooter for a variety of systems problems. Responsible for analyzing system requirements, preparing specifications, evaluating hardware and third-party software, and preparing time and cost estimates for systems development work.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications

AS/400 Administrator

Minimum/General Experience: Ten (10) years experience working in a client server environment. Experienced doing AS/400 maintenance and maintaining security through user log ins, passwords, group files, and file level authorities, data backups, etc.

Functional Responsibility: Maintain group files, AS/400 profile and password management, and security for software applications, including user log ins, passwords, file groups, and file level authorities. Additional responsibilities include insuring access to the Data Center and tape storage facilities, performing ongoing audits to insure all security levels are administered, and implementing software that will easily and securely manage all aspects of the AS/400.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

RS 6000 Developer

Minimum/General Experience: Minimum of five (5) years experience developing applications in a client/server environment. Knowledge of Unix systems, and specifically AIX experience, and development languages such as C, C++, Java, Smalltalk. Familiar with object-oriented development methodologies.

Functional Responsibility: Monitoring and trouble shooting RS6000. Design and implement AIX/RS6000 servers. Perform daily monitoring and troubleshooting, as needed. Ensure data/systems are backed up on a regular basis. Work with storage systems, databases (Oracle, DB2, Informix, SQL). Design and integrate applications that run on an IBM RS6000 platform.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

DB2 Developer

Minimum/General Experience: Up to five (5) years experience developing relational databases in an IBM environment, including DB2.

Functional Responsibility: Develop DB2 databases and optimize the structure of the database. Create database queries. Provide the hooks needed to integrate the database into applications.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

OS 390 Developer

Minimum/General Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years experience, including at least one (1) year developing applications in an OS 390 environment. Experience should include using any combination of the following: COBOL, COBOL II, COBOL 2, OS/390, VSAM, TSO, ISPF, TMS, OS 390, easytrieve, easytrieve+, ADABAS/Natural, DB2.

Functional Responsibility: Develop complex software applications in an IBM mainframe environment using a structured development methodology.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

IVR Developer

Minimum/General Experience: Up to five (5) years experience developing complex applications. Knowledge of call center technologies, LAN/WAN, IVR technologies such as Early Cloud, Direct Talk.

Functional Responsibility: Develop and deliver integrated voice/data communications solutions to support call center operations.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

JDEdwards Application Specialist

Minimum/General Experience: Minimum of three (3) years experience working with accounting and/or HR systems, including at least one (1) year doing application development on a JDEdwards system. Experience working on hardware platform on which the system resides, e.g. AS/400.

Functional Responsibility: Configure, troubleshoot, develop interfaces to other systems as needed, and maintain JDEdwards (JDE) applications. Administration of the product, including data management. Debugging and troubleshooting the JDE applications, developing data conversion programs where necessary, participating in all levels of testing, developing and documenting programs and procedures to import data into JDEdwards and to extract data from JDEdwards.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

PeopleSoft Application Specialist

Minimum/General Experience: Minimum of three (3) years experience working with HR systems in a development environment, including experience with PeopleSoft.

Functional Responsibility: Enhancements to existing programs, development of new programs to satisfy user requirements, resolving production problems. Implementing updates fixes and upgrades. Creating ad hoc reports, developing interfaces to other systems.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

WebSphere Application Server Systems Engineer

Minimum/General Experience: Up to five (5) years experience working with Internet applications. Experience with a DBMS such as DB2, experience managing applications on a WebSphere Application Server or an equivalent application server.

Functional Responsibility: Responsible for maintenance of the Web system environment including network, operating system, 3rd party products, back-up and recovery efforts, procedures, monitoring for proactive maintenance on a WebSphere application server.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

WebSphere Commerce Server Developer

Minimum/General Experience: Up to five (5) years experience should include C++, Java, WebSphere Commerce Suite / Net.Commerce, JSP, Servlets, Java Beans.

Functional Responsibility: Install and configure WebSphere Commerce Suite on AIX/NT in a multi-tier load balanced configuration. Develop Commerce Suite functions and commands to meet client needs. Perform Java programming tasks in the implementation of e-commerce Web sites for clients.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

WebLogic Application Server Systems Engineer

Minimum/General Experience: Up to five (5) years experience working with Internet applications. Experience with full life-cycle Web development, Java, WebLogic Server, EJB, DBMS, XML, HTML, JavaScript, C / C++.

Functional Responsibility: Responsible for maintenance of the Web system environment including network, operating system, 3rd party products, back-up and recovery efforts, procedures, monitoring for proactive maintenance on a WebLogic application server. Install and configure WebLogic server, perform Java programming tasks in the implementation of e-commerce Web sites for clients.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

Microsoft IIS Systems Engineer

Minimum/General Experience: Up to five (5) years experience working with Internet applications. System administration experience, proficiency with basic NT 4.0 Server system administration, Web site architecture, implementation and management, Microsoft IIS experience.

Functional Responsibility: Responsible for maintenance of the Web system environment including network, operating system, 3rd party products, back-up and recovery efforts, procedures, monitoring for proactive maintenance on a Microsoft IIS server. Install and configure server, perform system maintenance activities in support of Web sites for clients.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.

Microsoft Access Developer

Minimum/General Experience: Up to five (5) years experience developing applications. Demonstrated knowledge of relational databases, Microsoft Access.

Functional Responsibility: Design databases using Microsoft Access. Normalize data, create queries, optimize database for quick access, design database interfaces, etc.

Minimum Education: BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience or certifications.
